In 2016, Aubree found herself trapped in a toxic relationship, consumed by a demanding job, and battling her own health demons. Overweight, depressed, fatigued, and burdened by chronic pain and illness, she hit rock bottom. But within that darkness, she found the spark of determination to change her life.

 

Taking decisive action, Aubree broke free from toxicity, sought therapy, and pivoted her career towards personal training. It was a leap of faith, but one that would ultimately redefine her path.

 

As she dove into the world of fitness, Aubree stumbled upon a profound realization: nutrition was the missing piece of the puzzle. Despite her efforts to eat healthily, she discovered her diet was far from optimal, affecting not only her weight but her mood and overall well-being.

 

Fuelled by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to help others, Aubree delved into the science of nutrition, becoming a certified Health Coach. Armed with evidence-based insights, she embarked on a personal quest to eradicate inflammation from her life.
